rigitly foldable tessellations

You can find a research article online, “Ridgitly foldable origami gadgets and tessellations,” written by Thomas A. Evans, Robert J. Lang, Spencer P. Magleby and Larry L. Howell.

In the PDF known tessellations are described and new ones are introduced. It is worth checking out even for the non-scientist, like me, who will not understand the majority of the text.
